The Animal Hospital Veterinary Clinic was born in Palermo in 2013, created with great commitment and passion by a team of veterinarians who, after having worked for many years in the United Kingdom in prestigious vet clinics, gaining a great deal of experience in the fields of veterinarian clinic and surgery of pets, has chosen to give life in Palermo to a veterinary care facility capable of promoting a cutting-edge and constantly updated service to offer the patient and the owner the best of veterinary medicine.
Since 2019 we have obtained the "Gold Cat Friendly Clinic" accreditation as supervised by the International Society for Feline Medicine (ISFM). Our veterinary facility is explicitly designed to guarantee the best care and welcome for this “special” patient and to do so we have renovated the whole facility!
If you are looking to obtain an UE pet passport, at our clinic you can receive professional advices by one of our English-speaking Vet.
The service consists of the following steps:
1 - Control of the pet’s documents in your possession
2 - Forwarding of the documentation to the competent public veterinary service in order to issue the passport. (In this way you will see the public vet once he/she has already examined the documents in your possession)
3 - Appointment booking at the veterinary office in accordance with your availability on a date agreed together
4 - Payment of the fee of 27.54 euros on your behalf. (The fee will be paid by us via bank transfer and we will provide you with the payment slip to show to the competent office. This step will save you from having to go to the post office to make the payment, where it could take several hours.)
The fee for the whole procedure is 250 euros to be paid in advance trough PayPal
The passport issuing procedure can last from 10 days to several weeks, depending on the documents to be produced.
